Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven and well-connected Chief Sales Officer with a deep understanding of the construction industry and a proven track record of building and managing strong channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by leveraging their industry knowledge and connections to drive growth and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Channel Development: Identify, establish, and nurture strong partnerships with key players in the construction industry, including contractors, builders, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Business Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the construction industry. Sales... Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, Certification in Project management. Hands on experience of managing construction projects Proven track record of successfully developing and managing channel partnerships in the construction industry. Extensive network of contacts and connections within the construction sector. Strong understanding of construction industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute effective business development plans.
