Position Overview

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities for Civil and Interior Design amp; Build (DnB) projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in these categories, a strong understanding of technical drawings, and the ability to ensure project success through effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Expertise: Demonstrate hands-on experience in managing on-site activities for both Civil and Interior projects, emphasizing Commercial Design and build projects Track and update stakeholders on project site progress against project milestones (time and quality). Key metrics will therefore be TAT and quality.
• Interior DnB Projects: Showcase a proven track record of working on Commercial Interior Design and building projects, understanding the unique requirements and challenges associated with such projects.
• Technical Drawings: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately to guide on-site construction activities effectively.
• Autocad Proficiency: Knowledge of Autocad is preferred, with the ability to utilize the software for project-related tasks.
• Commercial Awareness: Familiarity with project commercials and rates, contributing to cost-effective decision-making.
• Communication Skills: Display fluent communication skills in any language
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven on-site experience in both Civil and Interior projects.
• Familiarity with Interior Design amp; Build projects is a distinct advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of Autocad is a must.
• Understanding project commercials and rates is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
