Role: MEP Manager

Role Summary

The MEP Project Manager position is responsible to successfully plan, manage, execute, complete and handover multiple MEP projects related to commercial fit-outs such as office, retail and hotel spaces.The key responsibilities include ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality amp; Safety using internal staff, as well as subcontractors and sub consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure project estimates are accurate and the project scope is executable within the budget
  • Review subcontractor BOQs and invoices for accuracy and completion
  • Responsible for cascade of detailed project plan to all stakeholders
  • Maintain organized project files and information for reporting to client, invoicing and company performance in company standards and format
  • Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions
  • Monitor project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution
  • Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings amp; BOQ.

Experience Requirement

  • Total minimum experience of 5 + years
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in fit outs (interiors) for residential / office / retail spaces
  • Ability to work with multiple stake-holders and drive multiple priorities
  • Good communication - written and verbal
  • Skills to draw a detailed project plan - identifying different components, risks therein and put risk mitigants in place.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
  • Education: B. Arch or Electrical /Civil Engineers.
