Job Title: Outbound Sales Lead

Position Type: Full-time

Experience: 3 to 4 years in presales and outbound sales

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of 3 to 4 years in presales, with a strong focus on outbound sales and excellent communication skills.


Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and target potential clients through proactive outbound sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Client Engagement

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

Proposal Development

  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to create compelling and tailored proposals.
  • Address client needs and concerns effectively through well-crafted proposals.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align presales/outbound sales activities with overall business objectives.
  • Provide valuable insights to enhance product/service offerings based on client feedback.

Sales Support

  • Assist in the development of sales collateral, presentations, and other materials.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during the sales process to address client queries.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3 to 4 years in presales/outbound sales, with a focus on outbound sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Result-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
