Position Overview

As a Human Resources Leader, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the development and well-being of our employees. The HR BP will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR matters, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee relations issues and concerns.
  • Conducting and Organising Employee engagement related activities such as Ramp;R amp; Other fun activities.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Provide coaching to managers on performance-related matters.
  • Talent Development:
  • Run Learning amp; Development program across company to upskill the current field force
  • Identify training and development needs to implement programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • HR Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations through coordination with the HR Consultant.
  • Ensuring New Joinee amp; Resigned Employee related documentation on our HRMS tool.
  • Change Management:
  • Support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance to employees and leaders during periods of change.
  • Assist in the development and execution of change management plans.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, make data-driven recommendations, and contribute to HR metrics reporting.
  • Utilize HRIS systems to manage and maintain employee records.
  • Payroll Processing:
  • Processing of Payroll on our HRMS Tool on a monthly basis
  • Ensuring Hygiene of the Payroll processing data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree and HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnership.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
