JD for Senior Finance Executive role,

1. Client Invoicing:

• raising of tax invoices and credit notes to our clients with the help of ERP software
• coordinating with the in-house team for obtaining necessary proofs for raising invoices
• maintaining records of all the invoices and credit notes.

1. Tracking the receipt of payments from our clients with the help of bank statements on a daily basis.
2. Thorough scrutiny of day-to-day expenditures incurred by the field team.
3. Vouching of expenses and ensuring that the expenses have been incurred as per the company policy.
4. Employees ledger scrutiny to ensure correct recording of proofs submitted against the imprest provided.
5. Keeping a close eye on the Profit and Loss of the company.
6. Other miscellaneous work as time progresses as part of finance team.

Qualification:-

• Having a core-knowledge of accounting and experience in the finance field.
• Strong excel skills.
• Proficiency in Google sheets.
• Strong communication skills to deal in day-to-day business finance matter within the organization.
