Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for fit-outs (interiors) for commercial/ office / retail spaces.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and contractors.
  • Conduct market research and analysis for vendor selection.
  • Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers.
  • Prepare and process accurate purchase orders.
  • Monitor and control procurement budgets.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues.
  • Manage inventory levels of construction materials and equipment

Mitigate procurement-related risks.

  • Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement within the Interiors fitouts
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and vendor management.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficient in budgeting and cost control.
  • Ability to evaluate supplier performance and manage inventory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
