Procurement Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for fit-outs (interiors) for commercial/ office / retail spaces.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and contractors.
- Conduct market research and analysis for vendor selection.
- Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers.
- Prepare and process accurate purchase orders.
- Monitor and control procurement budgets.
- Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues.
- Manage inventory levels of construction materials and equipment
- Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Proven experience in procurement within the Interiors fitouts
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficient in budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to evaluate supplier performance and manage inventory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
