We are seeking a results-driven and well-connected B2B Sales Evangelist with a deep understanding of the Commercial Fit-out industry and a proven track record of building and managing strong channel partnerships. This role will require you to develop a deep understanding of the project management business and drive Business Development, Client Relationship Management, in order to achieve MOM Growth and Client NPS while maintaining the target unit economics and cash flow.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Understand client needs and expectations and work to exceed these.
- Business Strategy : Drive MOM Growth by creating new business verticals, target customer acquisition, ensure right customer onboarding practices, forecast target demand from account farming etc
- Account Profitability: put mechanisms in place to monitor cost and revenue of each project to ensure budgeted profitability is achieved.
- Hunting: Finds new business prospects and markets.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the sales budget to ensure profitability.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
- Process creation and improvement: Identify process gaps and support which could enable the team/s to be more effective. In the current landscape it is important that the processes are tech oriented and scalable.
- Organisational Projects: Work with central teams to help course correct and streamline processes and ensure that all end-points are tied up.
- Customer NPS: Understand customer needs and expectations and ensure they are delivered on. It will include setting up right customer expectation, internal delivery accountability, identifying hidden needs which will then help create customer delight / or increase in scope of organisational delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, Certification in Project management.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing channel partnerships in the construction industry.
- Extensive network of contacts and connections within the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute effective business development plans.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed B2B sales targets.
- Good experience of working with IPCs and PMCs.
