Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate fluently in Arabic and English via phone, email, and chat to assist customers.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns efficiently.
- Represent the voice of Arabic-speaking customers to suggest improvements in services or products.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Collect and analyze feedback from Arabic-speaking customers to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- 2+ years in customer service or similar roles.
- Minimum bachelors degree required.
