Job Title: Customer Support and Billing Specialist

Location: Union Square NYC (in person only)

Job Type: Full-time 40 Hours per week

Job Description:

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a Customer Support and Billing Specialist to join our elite team.

As a Customer Support and Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and accurately processing billing transactions. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding billing questions, account adjustments, and payment processing. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer information is up-to-date and accurate in our billing system.


- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve billing discrepancies and address customer concerns promptly
- Process customer payments accurately and update billing information as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify any potential billing issues
- Provide support and guidance to customers on billing processes and payment options
- Assist with billing system maintenance and data entry tasks as needed


- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation

- Bachelors degree or at least 4 years of work experience

- Previous experience in customer support or billing-related roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications or experience with billing and invoicing software
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally
