At Adonis we’re focused on adding intelligence and automation to the Revenue Cycle Management process. Revenue cycle management is the full process from when a patient makes an appointment through to when all parties are paid. This whole process is typically extremely manual, resulting in practices only collecting 83% of what they’re owed. Through our software, we unify the end-to-end RCM processes into a single, powerful view to enable practices the ability to identify opportunities for financial and operational improvement.

Adonis is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Adonis’ flagship product, Adonis Intelligence. Adonis Intelligence is the foundation of Adonis’ strategy and an integral part of all of our applications. The product utilizes data science and machine learning to identify and help resolve root cause issues within the revenue cycle.

As the Lead Product Manager, you will play a fundamental role in shaping the strategy and vision of Intelligence and the overlap it has with all of Adonis’ products. You will be responsible for scaling the product across dozens of customers through a period of hyper-growth, while partnering with Sales to develop the roadmap that will enable us to sell into the largest Health Systems in the country. You will also interface with prospects and our largest customers to deeply understand the problem space and to develop a near and long-term roadmap in partnership with Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the near and long-term roadmap for Adonis’ Intelligence and contribute to the overall product vision and strategy
• Partner with the Data Science team to identify new features and product opportunities, as well as developing and executing on our Data Science roadmap
• Coordinate with Customer Success to scale Intelligence across dozens of customers of various sizes
• Interact closely with our prospective and existing customers to deeply understand their pain points and how to address them
• Partner with Sales to expand Intelligence into the countries’ largest Health Systems
• Partner with Engineering to scale the product through a period of hyper-growth
• Relentlessly prioritize development decisions using quantitative and qualitative analyses, while optimizing trade-offs between speed and scale
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to enhance products
• Ensure there is consistency and reusability across our products, ranging from APIs to design patterns
  
  

Who You Are

• 6+ years of experience in product management and/or other high performance organization(s)
• History shipping and scaling software products with speed
• Experience working closely with engineers and designers on problems ranging from systems architecture to design
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL and/or Python
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill highly complex problems into a concise narrative
• Experience delivering AI solutions and/or data products is a plus
• Experience building product for large enterprise customer/ users is a plus
• Experience in healthcare and/or medical billing is a plus

The base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000 yr. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
