At Adonis, we offer multiple solutions to assist medical providers in navigating the complexities of healthcare billing and receipt of payment for service. Billing and insurance related activities represent nearly $1 in every $7 collected by medical providers - and the high costs of collecting payments, as well as and other costs that stem from the administrative challenges within the space, unfortunately get passed down to the consumer. This is why healthcare costs continue to rise, with no end to that in sight. We’re set on helping to mitigate these challenges.While we are building a medical billing engine that automates billing workflows and improves reimbursement rates for medical providers, we at Adonis feel that there is always an aspect of healthcare billing that requires a human touch.

We’re looking to add an early hire to the Customer Success team. You will have the opportunity to have an outsized impact on the growth and trajectory of this team as we rapidly grow our company and our customer base. Our customer success team is intimately involved in every corner of the company, from working with product and engineering on defining the roadmap, to pre-sales execution and creating product marketing stories. We think this is an ideal role for someone who wants to play a part in crafting and delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a sophisticated book of business with minimal supervision, driving success for both the customer and the company. You’ll learn the ins and outs of your customers’ business, their organization, and partner with them to help them reach and exceed their business goals. You’ll be responsible for everything customer related, collaborating with our Executive Sponsors to drive strategic goals, VP’s of RCM to help with change management, and conducting desk sides with RCM operators, deeply understanding their workflows and pain points.
  • You’ll get to own implementation across our entire product suite, from our AI powered Intelligence products to our Claim Billing platform and everything in between
  • Improve internal playbooks and processes to increase time to value for our customers
  • Work closely with product and engineering to distill customer product feedback and influence the product roadmap
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer portfolio and partner with our internal go-to-market team to close additional revenue opportunities
  • Become an expert in Revenue Cycle Management in order to support our pre-sales engine, product marketing, and the go-to-market team to close new business.

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of experience working directly with large customers, quickly learning their business and helping solve their most important problems.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with complex, demanding, and high-stakes enterprise customers, addressing challenges with a solutions-oriented and empathetic approach.
  • Quantifiable track record of success in enterprise customer account success management over a customer life-cycle of deployment, installation, upsell, and retention/renewal
  • Previous experience with B2B SaaS and/or Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Ability to take a consultative approach to Customer Success - with many paths to ROI - it is important for our CSM’s to understand what is most important to our clients and advise/consult on best practices to attain those goals.
  • Be a thought leader on RCM to our external and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills. You know what needs to be done when and by who. You’re proactive with customers and can anticipate challenges before they arise. You know how to work cross functionally internally in order to drive outcomes for customers.
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable with Excel.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding other CSMs or team members is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $170,000 yr. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
