As a Y Combinator backed company, we are rapidly growing and looking for sales development representatives to grow with the company and follow our core values of: integrity, innovation, curiosity, social responsibility, and growth.

As a sales development representative, you are responsible for filling our sales pipeline. You will interact with potential prospects (both cold and warm) and pitch them the value that Albi brings them in their business. Your end goal is to get a prospect to book a demo or sign up for a free trial of the software.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform cold outreach via social channels as well as cold emailing/calling from different lists
  • Reach out to prospects that download free resources and move them through the pipeline
  • Attend trade shows and other industry events and build relationships with prospects
  • Maintain quota (# of activities and number of new demos brought in)

Requirements:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to persevere and handle objections
  • Ability to be coachable
  • “Go Getter” Mentality
  • High School Diploma (Minimum)
