As a Y Combinator-backed company, we are rapidly growing and looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our incredible team and take the lead in driving our demand generation efforts.

Position Overview:

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will create and execute revenue-driving demand generation strategies. This hands-on role involves driving high-quality SQLs, leveraging data-driven insights, and using innovative marketing tactics to help us scale our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Demand Generation Campaigns: Create, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate pipeline and increase revenue.
  • Own the Lead Generation Funnel: Manage and optimize the entire lead funnel, from initial engagement to conversion, ensuring efficient and scalable processes.
  • Targeted Campaign Development: Develop and execute targeted campaigns with tailored messaging based on in-depth audience analysis, ensuring that each campaign speaks directly to the needs of the identified target audience.
  • Influence Funnel Performance Across All Stages: Develop strategies and assets to boost performance across all stages of the marketing funnel and per channel, focusing on improving engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals, ensuring seamless communication and handoff of qualified leads.
  • Leverage HubSpot for Marketing Automation: Utilize HubSpot to manage campaigns, nurture leads, and drive marketing automation efforts to increase lead engagement and conversion rates.
  • Growth Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize future efforts.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing and demand generation in a B2B or B2B2C environment. Background working at a digital marketing agency or channel management a plus.
  • Growth Hacker Mentality: Creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving with a passion for experimentation and optimization using technology
  • SaaS Expertise: Proven track record of driving revenue through innovative demand generation strategies in a SaaS environment.
  • HubSpot Knowledge: Hands-on experience with HubSpot for campaign management, automation, and lead nurturing is highly preferred.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with a proven ability to track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and iterate based on findings.
  • Collaborative & Agile: Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Results-oriented: Focused on delivering measurable results and optimizing strategies to drive business growth.
