We're looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Account Manager (ECSAM) who's equal parts road warrior, strategic trainer, and empathetic problem-solver. In this role, you'll serve as the face of our product for large enterprise clients, driving adoption and ensuring long-term success across dozens of locations.
You will travel frequently (up to 75% of the time), helping field and frontline teams successfully adopt our platform and turn tech skeptics into confident users. This is a critical, high-impact role that bridges enterprise strategy with ground-level execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Onsite Trainings: Own and deliver scalable, effective trainings to onboard and activate new users across enterprise client locations.
- Design Training Syllabi: Build and adapt modular training programs that work for 1:1 and 1:many sessions.
- Activate Pipeline: Drive user adoption across accounts to unlock revenue tied to activated users and locations.
- Customer Health Checks: Run regular CSAT assessments and product usage check-ins to measure product satisfaction and uncover blockers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with both corporate decision-makers and local field leaders.
- Feedback Loop: Partner with enterprise stakeholders to coordinate rollouts and deliver strategic feedback loops to internal teams.
- Travel Smartly: Prioritize visits for maximum impact and efficiency while staying connected virtually between trips.
- 7+ Years of Experience: Proven success in customer success, enterprise account management, or field enablement—especially in SaaS or tech solutions with a training component.
- Experience Training Blue-Collar Teams: You've trained field staff, technicians, or job-site teams on new technology and know how to make it relevant and easy to adopt.
- Enterprise Client Savvy: Comfortable navigating complex, multi-site organizations and aligning stakeholders from corporate HQ to local branches.
- Training & Enablement Skills: Strong instructional design and facilitation background—you can build, refine, and deliver training that sticks.
- Relatable Communication: You connect with everyone—from frontline crews to executive sponsors—with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
- Resilience & Positivity: You handle objections with grace and maintain a calm, upbeat presence, even in challenging or skeptical environments.
- Highly Organized: Strong self-management and planning skills—you thrive in a remote role with heavy travel.
