We also need to spread awareness of how a concentrated period of learning with right mentorship can help accelerate your Software Engineering SkillsWhat you will doYou will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing educational events and managing community engagement initiatives. Your primary goal will be to create meaningful experiences and build a strong, enthusiastic community.Working in a startup you’ll have the unique opportunity to contribute across many areas of the company and help define the future of your role as the 3rd member of the Growth Team. You’ll have significant ownership over the event calendar and the creative freedom to pitch new event formats and community-building approaches. Your work will be mostly along these 3 verticals Community Architect - Design, manage, and market an engaged online community for passionate and ambitious Software Engineers to learn and engage with Industry Mentors. Growth Strategies – Develop scalable offline marketing campaigns that highlight the brand's USP and own end-to-end execution, including managing creative processes, targeting, execution, and optimization. Event Design - Craft and organize memorable experiences for the community members through a calendar of thoughtfully designed events.What are we looking for Basic Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, program, or marketing -Strong written and verbal communication skills in English -Strong learning potential and curious, customer obsession, deep dive, and ownership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. MBA or other relevant master's degree from a top-tier school is a plus. -Experience in marketing with an edtech startup is a plus.
