Job Summary

Alto seeks a Finance Analyst to support the achievement of industry leading effectiveness and efficiency across our rapidly growing organization. This role will be a key contributor within our Operations Finance team and will support cost optimization and labor planning for the Care, Fulfillment, and Delivery organizations.
This role will report to the Director of Supply chain Finance working in close partnership with the operations team leaders to develop plans and forecasts, providing variance analysis, developing analytical models, and driving efficiencies across the operations org. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and technical capabilities, intellectual curiosity, will enjoy a fast paced environment, and taking a hands-on approach in defining and implementing best practices that enhance the overall teams’ capabilities and influencing company-wide strategic decisions.

Job Description

  • Lead process to prepare financial forecasts in partnerships with leaders across the company

  • Support annual operating plan cycle including target setting, guideline creation, managing calendar and milestones and producing presentations for senior leadership and board of Managers

  • Collaborate with leadership team to provide analytical rigor and evaluate strategic initiatives

  • Partner closely with Alto’s Operations teams across Care, Fulfillment, and Delivery to proactively seek opportunities to drive operational excellence and optimize conversion costs

  • Partner with all members of the senior management team and other company leadership on assessing and analyzing critical business decisions

  • Build outstanding and effective relationships with cross-functional team

  • Support the development and monitoring of KPIs tied to strategic goals, as well as evaluation of team performance against these metrics.

  • Strict adherence to the Company’s corporate policies and all regulatory requirements

A Bit About You

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of corporate finance experience with demonstrated growth.

  • Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills

  • Ability to develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Proven success managing budgets for major functional areas and senior leadership within an organization

  • Self starter with a high degree of organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detail

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines

  • Solid understanding of enterprise level financial systems and processes

  • Basic Looker and SQL proficiency

  • Strong track record of maintaining relationships and communicating with a wide range of partners

  • Ability to balance competing priorities and execute multiple overlapping deadline

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in fast-paced mid-sized companies is a plus

  • Prior experience partnering with operations teams as their finance business partner

    • Occasionally ascending or descending stairs, ramps and the like.

    • Moving about to accomplish tasks and/or moving from one worksite to another.

    • Adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions.

    • Operating motor vehicles.

    • Occasional sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/driving/flying

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000

Commission Eligible: No

Equity Eligible: Yes

Travel: Yes - Required up to 10% of the time

Location Requirement: Employment at Alto is limited to individuals residing in the following states: California, Connecticut, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Illinois, New York, Kansas, Texas, Maryland, Washington (WA), Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Wisconsin.
