  • Turn bold product ideas into innovative, scalable solutions in close partnership with Product, Design, Data, Business Development, and Ops.

  • Shape the architecture and infrastructure that keep our systems fast, reliable, and ready for growth.

  • Champion engineering best practices while fostering a culture of curiosity, creativity, and continuous improvement.

  • Work alongside senior leadership to connect engineering work to business goals and big-picture strategy. Help define the long-term vision for our tech stack, team, and ways of working.

A Bit About You

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

  • Proven leadership track record with at least 10 years of experience managing and scaling engineering teams. Experience managing managers and leading large, cross-functional engineering teams.

  • Extensive experience designing and building software using modern development frameworks, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles. You think in terms of reusable components, clean abstractions, and maintainable code—and you guide your teams to do the same. You’re comfortable evaluating trade-offs in system design and know how to architect for flexibility, performance, and scale.

  • A strategic mindset and a bias for action—you’re just as comfortable in the weeds as you are thinking big-picture

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or tech-enabled company.

  • Passion for healthcare technology and a commitment to improving patient outcomes
