About us: We're Arist. We help companies like HP and ExxonMobil create training with AI and deliver it where their people already are—Slack, Teams, and SMS. We're flipping corporate training on its head, making it something people actually want to engage with.
The Role: We need someone who can be the voice of our customers on our product team. You'll work directly with Maxine, our Co-founder and CPO, to figure out what customers really need and turn those insights into solutions that don't suck. We're looking for someone who gets fired up about making enterprise software that people actually enjoy using.

What You'll Do
- Be the customer champion in every meeting. Keep a running list of the top 10 things our users are struggling with.
- Figure out what we should build next. You'll need to balance what customers want with what makes business sense.
- Work with our engineers and designers to create solutions people love. This means sketching out ideas, getting feedback, and making sure everyone's on the same page.
- Make sure what we dream up can actually be built. You'll work with engineers to refine requirements and get realistic timelines.
- Test the hell out of new features before they go live. You'll be responsible for making sure everything works the way users expect.
- Own product launches from start to finish. This includes getting the team up to speed and walking customers through new features.
- Set up ways to measure if what we built actually solved the problem.
You Should Have
- 2-3 years as a product manager. At least a year of that should be with enterprise software.
- A good eye for what makes products easy and enjoyable to use.
- Either knowledge of our product and customers or the ability to get up to speed fast.
- The ability to stay focused on what matters for the business.
- A track record of getting things done quickly without sacrificing quality.
- High standards for your own work.
- Enough technical knowledge to have productive conversations with engineers.
- Your work will actually matter. What you do will directly affect how people experience our product.
- You'll work closely with our founding team, especially our CPO.
- You'll dive right in. We have a backlog of customer needs and a 2025 roadmap with your name on it.
- You'll grow with us. We're still small enough that your impact is huge.
- $100K-$115K plus equity
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Flexible PTO and fully remote work
- Budget for learning new things
