Array Labs is building the first distributed radar imaging constellation to power the first real-time, high-fidelity 3D model of Earth. The Operations team, which is critical in ensuring mission success and execution against this ambitious vision, is looking for our first teammate.
As an Operational Specialist at Array Labs, you will own the oversight of day-to-day operations and ensure that all team members, from engineers to executives, are synchronized and equipped to be more effective in their respective roles. You will drive operational efficiency and ensure successful, smooth execution of our ongoing projects, both on and off Earth, helping us advance our mission, roadmap, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily functions such as scheduling, calendar management, and office logistics coordination.
- Handle procurement, facilities management, payroll, and equity management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications, ensuring seamless information flow across leadership, engineering, and sales/marketing teams.
- Assist teams in ordering and tracking supplies, both for our office *and hardware that will fly in space*, ensuring everyone has the support and resources they need to succeed.
- Develop and deliver reports on office budgets and spending to optimize cost management.
- Maintain a well-organized and welcoming office environment for team members, customers, partners, and visitors.
- Organize internal meetings and support external event planning.
Qualifications
- BA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience or exceptional self-starter initiative also considered.
- Minimum of three years in project administration or operations management, ideally in a fast-paced, environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, with experience in managing business correspondence; a background in graphic design or data visualization is a huge plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making capabilities.
- While not required, a strong, demonstrable interest in systems engineering, space, or hardware development is highly valued, as it reflects Array Labs' core business and values.
Work Environment
- Based in our Silicon Valley office, this full-time position will only occasionally require travel (<5%).Experience the thrill of a startup, coupled with the discipline of an established engineering operation.

Interview Process
We will conduct three interviews via Zoom; the typical process takes around 2-4 weeks to complete from start to finish.
