Learn how to engineer user acquisition: If you applied yourself to user acquisition, and by leveraging your skills and a scrappy budget, can you attract 100,000 users? We think there is someone out there that can.
Tackle challenging, diverse, and impactful problems: We're a lean time. You will be the primary person responsible for driving growth, and will work tightly with product and engineering to optimize the funnel in a data-driven way.
Reimagine how growth marketing works: We are rebuilding how growth marketing could work. You will dogfood the product to grow Aviato and your workflows will inform the product roadmap.
About this Role
So, what will you do as a growth marketer at Aviato?
Reporting to the CEO, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining channels to hyper-charge our go-to-market (GTM) efforts. Your ideas and projects will help unlock and accelerate our GTM efforts. You will be responsible for filling the top of the funnel.
You'll work with:
Paid media infrastructure (e.g. Google Ads editor, Facebook business manager)
No-code quick spin-up tools like Webflow, Lander, Instapage.
Analytics software like Segment and Mixpanel
Management and communications tools like Asana, Slack
Growth Hacking and help out with drops
You may be a fit for this role if:

You think scientifically: you treat every experiment as a hypothesis, and are well-organized and principled in your thinking, communicating, and record-keeping about experiments.
You are resourceful: If things aren't working, you figure out how to make them work. You're comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy problem-solving.
You're comfortable working remotely and are highly self-motivated.
Bonus: You have a background with agencies or on high-growth marketing teams.
