  • Talent Acquisition & Headhunting: Lead the recruitment process, from identifying talent needs to onboarding. Utilize various headhunting techniques to attract top professionals
  • Strategy Development: Develop strategies for effective talent acquisition and retention
  • Work Culture Enhancement: Plan and implement initiatives to create and maintain a positive, healthy work environment
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a go-to person for employee concerns, fostering open communication and resolving issues effectively
  • Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management systems to ensure employee growth and organizational efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, specifically in talent acquisition and headhunting
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools
