- You will be entrusted with a portfolio of our key clients. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture these relationships, ensuring a deep and enduring trust between our clients and our company
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand our business footprint within these accounts, ensuring that our solutions continually evolve to meet their evolving needs
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Resolve any customer issues and problems and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field within the fintech or payment solutions sector
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, especially in the technology or financial services industries
- Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Experience in negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
