What We are Looking For : Bimaplan is seeking a motivated sales manager who takes pride in ensuring the continued success of onboarding new clients and servicing them. He/she will be responsible for effectively handling B2B2C Sales by targeting NBFC's as partners for insurance sale.   • Responsible for Business Development and the Portfolio Management for the NBFC clients.
  • Responsible for managing growth and profitability of the channel.
  • Drive and Implement Sales strategy for the Business to deliver NOP's in compliance with organization's goals.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the closure of deals related to the partner's customer insurance needs.
  • Provide appropriate advice to existing and potential clients with regard to their insurance requirements and existing portfolios.
  • To liaison and establish strong networks with sales, underwriting, and product teams of General Insurance companies.
  • To assist in the closure of large deals in your region, in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Coordinate with the impaneled insurers for getting quotes as and when required to assist in the new client account closure.


  • Graduate in any discipline, MBA will be strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2Bsales, preferably 3+ years' experience in NBFC segment.
