What we do

Blaze (withblaze.app) is a marketing platform for web3, AI and dev tool companies. We brings together social and transaction data to help companies run targeted marketing campaigns and deliver personalized product experiences.

This is a unique opportunity to join an early stage start up and drive meaningful impact on day 1. This role would work closely with founders and prior interns have gotten MBA offers at Wharton and Kellogg. Our team hails from Airbnb, Facebook, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Stanford, UC Berkeley and IITs. We are backed by Lightspeed, Coinbase, Y Combinator, Bling Capital, and Soma Capital alongside other amazing VCs / angels.

Your responsibilities will include:

📈 Be responsible for revenue growth by identifying and closing new client accounts from our existing pipeline and nurturing relationships with existing clients to maximize upsell opportunities

💡 Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, from brainstorming the right customer segments to target to iterating on the right campaign messaging

💻 Lead demos of our marketing SaaS tool, highlighting its awesome benefits to potential clients

💬 Represent the voice of our customer and share feedback with product marketing to make our sales collateral and marketing messaging more effective

🤝 Collaborate with product management to tailor and enhance product offerings based on feedback from strategic customer engagements and market research

This might be a good role for you if:

♟️ You have at least 1 year experience in a Business Development / Account Executive role at a SaaS company and have a strong track record of going above and beyond in your roles

💯 You are excited to talk to users, understand their pain points and solve them

🗣️You have excellent communication skills and can speak concise and clear English

💡 You are quick on your feet and can easily cater a demo to show a customer how our product solves their unique challenges

👨‍🎨 You are creative and want to experiment heavily in your selling process

✔️ You're excited about early stage start ups and want to learn more about how to build something from the ground up

🚀 You want to start your own company and are excited to get relevant experience

Notes

This role is in office in Bangalore 5 days a week. The in office hours are 12pm - 9pm from April to October and 1pm to 10pm from October to April to ensure overlap with our US team. This role will be required to offer demo slots from 9-10.30am PST 2x per week (e.g. Tues/Thurs evening IST or Mon/Wed evening IST). Perks include offsites 2x per year and a daily lunch stipend.
