The Role

You will

Conduct regular compliance audits to identify and mitigate potential risks
Ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Provide training and education to employees on compliance matters
Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies

You are

Detail-oriented and analytical
A strong communicator and collaborator
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity

You (ideally) have

A JD or other relevant legal degree
Aced both the Series 24 and 63 exam with Finra
3+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles
Experience in the fintech industry or a related field
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
