Job Title: Sales Strategy & Ops Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Strategy & Ops Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving sales growth and efficiency by developing and implementing strategic initiatives, optimizing sales processes, and providing data-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and enhance overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine sales targets, quotas, and territories.
Develop and implement sales incentive programs to motivate and reward sales teams.
Analyze customer segmentation and develop targeted sales approaches.
Sales Operations Optimization:Design, implement, and manage sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Implement and manage CRM systems and other sales tools to support sales activities.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
Sales Team Support:Provide training and support to sales teams on sales processes, tools, and best practices.
Develop and deliver sales presentations and training materials.
Act as a liaison between sales teams and other departments, such as marketing and customer service.
Data Analysis and Reporting:Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
