Job Title: Sales Strategy & Ops Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Strategy & Ops Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving sales growth and efficiency by developing and implementing strategic initiatives, optimizing sales processes, and providing data-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and enhance overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine sales targets, quotas, and territories.

  • Develop and implement sales incentive programs to motivate and reward sales teams.

  • Analyze customer segmentation and develop targeted sales approaches.

  • Sales Operations Optimization:Design, implement, and manage sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Implement and manage CRM systems and other sales tools to support sales activities.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Sales Team Support:Provide training and support to sales teams on sales processes, tools, and best practices.

  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and training materials.

  • Act as a liaison between sales teams and other departments, such as marketing and customer service.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide insights to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
