Objective of the Role :
- This role plays a critical role in driving B2B sales to key clients, for BukuWarung products.
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and growth. Acquire, retail,n and grow client accounts by identifying GTM opportunities
- Build and strengthen Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients to drive adoption of BukuWarung Products and BW becomes preferred choice
Scope of Work
Client Acquisition:
- Identify, approach, and onboard key clients, from right target market to drive relevant products
- Conduct market research to uncover potential client segments and create targeted acquisition strategies.
Client Retention:
- Develop retention strategies to ensure clients remain engaged and satisfied with BukuWarung's services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their challenges and aligning solutions to their need
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Building:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement GTM strategies that resonate with target clients.
- Ensure that product messaging and positioning align with client needs and market demands.
End-to-End Client Funnel Management:
- Review and optimize the entire client journey, from initial contact to sustained usage and growth.
- Analyze performance metrics at each stage of the funnel and develop strategies to address gaps or opportunities.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or related roles, preferably in Mini ATM business
- Strong strategic thinking - being able to define problems & strategies to solve problems
- Outcome driven
- Sufficient English to communicate & collaborate with the Internal Team
- Strong people skills & stakeholder management
