Job Description:

As the Senior Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of controllership including but not limited to revenue assurance and bookkeeping for all overall activities in the Company. You will ensure accuracy and consistency in the records and ensure compliance and control are properly in place.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform end-to-end control over Inventory, ensure the reconciliation prepared by the Ops Team is accurate and matched with 3rd party data, inventory movement applies the FIFO method, and the cash received from sales is in line with the bank.

2. Understanding the business process and determining the revenue and cost implications.

3. Working closely with other functions to receive accurate data on a timely basis.

4. Involve in monthly and yearly financial closing process, ensuring the records are accurate and aligned with the GAAP.

5. Prepare reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, raise and follow up for any issues, and open items to the respective functions during the reconciliation.

6. Documented properly all the supporting data, documents, and calculations for audit purposes.

7. Liaise with the external auditor to ensure a smooth audit process with clean opinion results.

8. Review the process and suggest improvements needed to speed up the closing process.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

2. A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Finance and Accounting with an Auditor background of 2 years is a MUST.

3. Having good knowledge of Accounting Standards.

4. Having a basic knowledge of Indonesian taxation.

5. Demonstrating ability to gather and communicate data logically and accurately.

6. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.

7. Experience using Oracle Netsuite would be an advantage.

8. Fluent in English (both Verbal and Written).

9. Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
