Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Live Streaming and Social Media Support Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about live content, audience engagement, and social platforms. You’ll be responsible for setting up and managing live streams, providing real-time support during live streams, and assisting with social media scheduling, production and community interaction.

Key Responsibilities as Social Media Support:

• Brainstorm, write scripts, create, edit, and upload engaging contents (mostly short video on TikTok, but open to other social media platforms)

• Craft engaging and compelling caption for social media contents, ensuring caption aligns with brand audience, voice, and goals

• Manage social media calendars

• Engage with followers and respond to comments

• Stay on top of current social media trends

• Support in handling KOLs community

Key Responsibilities as Live Streaming Operator:

• Set up and maintain live streaming equipment like camera, microphone, lighting, display, and streaming software (e.g.,TikTok Live Studio)

• Provide on-the-ground support during live sessions (e.g., audio, video quality, moderating chats, and other technical inquiries)

• Work with hosts and other team members to ensure a seamless and successful live streaming experience (e.g., become a backup host if needed)

• In-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and other technical details

• Provide recommendations for improving the quality and engagement

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge about live streaming and TikTok trends

• Previous experience as a live streaming operator and/or social media specialist is preferred

• Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in front of the camera

• Familiarity with the financial industry is preferred

• Able to operate Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet

• Able to operate live stream on TikTok Live Studio

• Basic knowledge of video production and editing tools is a plus (e.g., Capcut)

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations during live sessions

• WFO 5 days and can join ASAP (Office based in Kuningan, South Jakarta).
