As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO's office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, inbox management, and providing support for personal branding initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and corresponding expense filing
  • Coordinate public speaking engagements, interviews, and media appearances
  • Coordinate inbox management, including - filtering emails, flagging important messages, and delegating others; ensure timely responses to important emails and handle routine correspondence
  • Assist in managing the CEO's social media profiles and content strategy
  • Collaborate with various teams on ad hoc requests as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in Spanish and English)
  • Attention to detail, proactive, thorough
  • Proficiency in standard software and tools
