As a CRM Analyst you will provide guidance to the sales teams by developing a well-structured sales process, analyzing team performance within the framework of that process, enhance the team’s productivity and effectiveness, and implement solutions based on data and analysis.

We are looking for a CRM Analyst that will:

  • Acting as primary liaison on Hubspot automation projects/trends.
  • Maintain existing sales reports and designs new reports as needed.
  • Maintain and organize a large database of prospects and deals in the CRM.
  • Analyze customer data and make recommendations on sales, marketing and customer success initiatives.
  • Work with sales representatives to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify global best practices and replicate them in other countries to continuously improve processes and results within the team.
  • Analyze and develop sales operations policies and procedures.
  • Making sure everyday tasks are aligned with the company strategy.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years in sales operations directly administrating a CRM in a B2B industry, preferably Fintech.
  • You are a perfectionist. You pay attention to every single detail and keep records of your every move on a CRM.
  • Hands-on experience as a CRM administrator (Salesforce or Hubspot certification is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of CRM platform, with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Hubspot and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Strong data management abilities
  • English professional proficiency
