About Crossmint
At Crossmint we're on a mission to bring the world on-chain. This is an urgent and important matter: As artificial intelligence advances, the lines of what is real and not, are blurring – fostering a growing issue of bot spam, disinformation, deepfakes, and corruption. How do we do this? Crossmint is accelerating this transition, by building APIs and tools that make it 100x easier to create, custody and commerce with digital assets (NFTs) and verifiable credentials (VCs). Our APIs abstract out all the complexities of interacting with blockchains to simple REST APIs and no-code tools that any company can adopt, in minutes.
How do we fund this mission? We sell our tools and APIs as a service to other companies who wish to integrate NFTs, wallets or credentials inside their systems. We save these companies hundreds of thousands of dollars in infrastructure and engineering, and charge them a fraction to manage all for them in a secure, compliant and low maintenance way. More than 30,000 devs and companies have used us, including Mastercard, Microsoft, Etihad Airways, Red Bull, Adidas, Asus, AC Milan, Phantom, Rarible, Refik Anadol, and Snoop Dogg.
In addition, Crossmint is backed by top tier investors and angels in the fintech and crypto space.

Responsibilities
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for Crossmint products’ availability, performance, efficiency, monitoring, and emergency response. Your responsibilities will include:
Keep and evolve our cloud infrastructure. Help us go IaC.
Drive projects to empower the rest of the teams.
Eliminate toil from your team and others.
Remove artificial complexity.
Share knowledge and remove silos by creating and maintaining documentation.
Keep End-to-end ownership. You build it. You run it.
Being On-Call. Participate in paid on-call shifts. (Once a month-ish.)
Help us “Stay hungry, stay foolish” by introducing new ideas and technologies to the teams.
Lead by example with best practices and battle-tested patterns.
Test for reliability.
Planning our capacity.
Manage holistic changes and releases.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Provable experience shipping high-quality code.
Proven, extensive experience as a software engineer.
Ability to succeed in an all English environment (minimum Cambridge C1 level or equivalent - no need to show diploma)
Proven experience using the following:
platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis.
CI/CD tools.
Experience working within a team and references to back it.
Programming Expertise: Showcase advanced knowledge in Javascript or TypeScript.
Educational background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent knowledge and skills with industry experience.
Preferred Experience
