Administrative/Project Manager- Accounting
As an Administrative/Project Manager for our accounting team, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to the overall success of the department. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing projects, and assisting with various accounting-related activities. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone looking to gain practical experience and develop essential project management skills.
- Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management. o Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars for team members.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and phone inquiries.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to develop project plans and timelines.

- Track and report on project deliverables, milestones, and budgets.

- A 4-year degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
