As a Project Coordinator for our risk management/licensing team, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and contributing to the overall success of the department. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing projects, and assisting with various licensing-related activities. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone looking to gain practical experience and develop essential project management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Licensing Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate across multiple teams to develop project plans and timelines.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively address issues.

  • Track and report on project deliverables, milestones, and budgets.

  • Coordinate communication and ensure timely information flow between team members and stakeholders.

  • Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.

  • Coordinate meetings and schedule meetings

  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and phone inquiries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments to gather necessary information and support interdepartmental projects.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Act as a liaison between the risk management/licensing team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

Other responsibilities:

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • A 4-year degree preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

  • Ability and willingness to learn new concepts, processes, and tools
