You will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing projects, and assisting with various licensing-related activities. Job Responsibilities:
Licensing Project Coordination:

Collaborate across multiple teams to develop project plans and timelines.

Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively address issues.

Track and report on project deliverables, milestones, and budgets.

Coordinate communication and ensure timely information flow between team members and stakeholders.

Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Coordinate meetings and schedule meetings

Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and phone inquiries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to gather necessary information and support interdepartmental projects.

Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Act as a liaison between the risk management/licensing team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Other responsibilities:

Requirements:

A 4-year degree preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
