The Business Analyst will manage the many documents, spreadsheets and records that are specific to onboarding, maintaining, and renewing Curative client groups and brokers. This position is responsible for accurate documentation and reporting of all documentation for the account management and implementation department.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating, dropping, and tracking new group documents.
  • Customizing SBC’s and Benefit Books.
  • Eligibility Maintenance File Spreadsheet creation (VBA & Health Edge) (Eligibility Analyst)
  • Accessing and sharing SSR reporting, Looker, and Eligibility Folders.
  • Create spreadsheets for special projects.
  • Update and maintain numerous spreadsheets, forms, and folders in Google Drive.
  • Contacting broker and employer with eligibility file changes that are called in to member services. (Eligibility Analyst)
  • Quality review of data entered in Enav, SalesForce and Health Edge
  • Adding multi locations and classes into Salesforce.
  • Adding contacts to the employer portal.
  • Updating sync slides.
  • Creating renewal proposals and renewal packages.
  • Adhoc reporting as needed
  • Formatting the training and procedural manuals.
  • Responsible for the scope of compliance projects, gathering information and documenting
  • Provide analysis and support to the quality of data provided by the account management team and conduct data quality audits to reduce the risk of escalations and billing errors.
  • Track and Trend Account Management data for CQI
  • Be a liaison to Curative overall on industry and market demands to impact process, product, and tech development, along with any process improvements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Experience/Skills

  • Outstanding organizational, time management and follow up skills,
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Adobe
  • Experience with CRM software preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to communicate effectively and interpret a variety of instructions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s and / or an associate degree plus 3 years administrative expertise or any combination education and experience that has been achieved and is equivalent to the stated education and required knowledge.
