The Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and managing projects within the Clinical Services Department. This role involves collaborating with leaders both within and outside the medical groups to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with Curative’s strategic goals. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills, along with a solid understanding of project management principles, ideally within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Organization and Management: Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables; developing full-scale project plans; capturing those plans in graphic and tabular form; and managing project resources.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leaders within the Clinical Services team as well as broader Curative to ensure project alignment and effective communication.
  • Project Tracking: Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and address potential risks and issues to keep projects on track.
  • Project Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing projects based on scope and strategic importance, ensuring that the most critical projects are given appropriate attention.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement across the range of Clinical Services processes.

Qualifications:

  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
  • 2 years of experience in project management
  • Strong working knowledge of organizational tools and methodologies

Skills and Abilities:

  • Adept with Google software (sheets, slides, docs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a healthcare environment
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA)
