THE OPPORTUNITY
Cyera is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead a high-performing team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives across the Northeast region. As a second-line leader, you will own regional strategy, revenue performance, and organizational growth while developing exceptional leaders and driving predictable execution. Working cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations, you will play a key role in scaling Cyera's enterprise business and accelerating our next phase of growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Directors to build high-performing sales teams.
- Own regional bookings, forecast accuracy, and consistent attainment of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Execute regional go-to-market strategy, driving pipeline growth, new logo acquisition, and expansion.
- Champion MEDDPICC, Force Management, CRM discipline, and operational excellence across the organization.
- Recruit, hire, develop, and retain world-class sales leadership talent.
- Partner cross-functionally to remove obstacles, improve execution, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Engage directly in strategic customer relationships and complex enterprise opportunities.
- Provide executive leadership with accurate forecasting, business insights, and risk mitigation plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including leadership of first-line sales managers.
- Proven success exceeding revenue targets in high-growth, enterprise software organizations.
- Experience building and scaling regional sales organizations selling into Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 customers.
- Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC and Force Management.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales leaders.
- Executive presence with exceptional communication, coaching, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, data security, AI security, or related enterprise technology markets.
- Highly analytical with strong forecasting, pipeline management, CRM, and operational rigor.
- Thrives in fast-paced, hypergrowth environments with a builder's mindset.
COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
Compensation Range: $400,000-$450,000.
The range represents total compensation, and may include incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.
Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
