About the Team
Decagon’s Revenue Operations team is a multidisciplinary group of operators combining strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and high-velocity execution. Covering GTM-wide strategy, operations and analytics, we are proactive, data-driven partners to leadership – providing critical insights, driving operational efficiency and getting things done.
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, highly-motivated builder with deep expertise in GTM operations & systems. This will not be a systems administrator role in which you do what you’re told. You will design, build and optimize Decagon's GTM technology infrastructure from the ground up, own critical parts of our operating rhythm and work directly with our senior leaders to drive initiatives. This is a high-impact position to shape the GTM infrastructure of a category-defining AI company.
We believe in building together and fast. This is a fully in-office role is based in our San Francisco or New York office 5 days a week.
In this role you will
Chart a vision for a best-in-class GTM systems architecture (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, billing), ensuring all processes are integrated for real-time data flow and constant change
Architect and lead Salesforce re-configurations and optimizations for full-funnel execution, flexible reporting and maximum efficiency for the field
Identify opportunities for automation across our playbook and processes, employing the most innovative technologies on the market
Partner with leaders across GTM to align systems that scale with our business priorities and ensure seamless cross-functional data flow
Deliver actionable reporting and dashboards in Salesforce and other data visualization tools with predictive insights
Design and oversee system integrations and automated workflows to reduce manual effort and ensure alignment across tools & platforms
Your background looks something like this
6+ years of experience in revenue operations, business systems or equivalent role
Deep knowledge of Salesforce, with experience building custom objects, complex workflows, validation rules and integrations with other tools
Proficiency with process automation tools and data visualization/reporting platforms
Hands-on experience standing up GTM tools and driving adoption with field teams
