Decentro is an extremely easy to use and plug-and-play API banking platform for financial integrations in India (and soon beyond). We are looking to empower the community of fintechs, platforms, aggregators and even corporates in the country.

Responsibilities -

Must : - Minimum 2 years of experience preferrably in a B2B or SAAS based organization.

1. As an Ops executive, you will review and reconcile our customers' financial transactions from time to time, in line with the company's policies and best operating standards.

2. Promptly respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.

3. As one of the founding/core members for our Customer Success & operations team, you will set the best practices for streamlining communication between us, our partners (banks & financial institutions) as well as our customers.

4. Create or use plugins and tools that help you automate your day to day efforts as much as possible.

5. Additionally, you will work closely with the founder and the business team to pre-empt and prepare for incoming operational scenarios as per new customer categories and usecases.

Requirements -

1. Customer service, Solutions, operations and product driven mindset.

2. Have handled financial/transactional operations independently or in a small team earlier for a company

3. Proactive and solution-orientated, able to use initiative and work independently

4. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

5. You are endlessly curious about and excited by technology and know that there are usually smarter folks in the room and you're eager to learn from them

6. Kannada speaking will be a plus, so that you are able to handle the communication with our partners and banks at a local level.
