職務内容

クライアントのビジネス戦略を評価することで、クライアントのビジョンと戦略を策定し、目標達成のためにDeelのツールを活用できるよう支援する。

パートナーのペインポイントを特定し、ソリューションを提供し、成長と収益創出の機会を認識することにより、クライアントと深く信頼できる長期的な関係を構築する。

大規模なデータセットにアクセスし、分析し、統合することにより、データを元にした提案を作成する。

クライアントの代理としてDeel社内で問題解決とソリューション導入に取り組む。

プロダクトチームやオペレーションチームと協力し、インパクトの大きな改善を推進する。

応募条件

顧客対応経験を含む最低4年以上の関連業務経験をお持ちの方。

急成長スタートアップ、トップクラスの経営コンサルティング、投資銀行、プライベートエクイティのうち少なくとも1つでの経験。

危機や批判に直面しても冷静沈着に対処し、パートナーの成功を共に祝うことができる、リレーションシップ構築が得意な方。

SQLの専門家でなくとも、複雑なデータセットから素早く洞察に満ちた結論を導き出し、重要な質問を投げかけ、数字をシンプルで実行可能な提言にまとめることを楽しめる方。

信頼性が高く、やる気のあるセルフスターターで、情熱的な成長志向の持ち主。ペースの速い環境を楽しみ、挫折やピボットにめげず、非常に高度な責任感を必要とする職務で成功を収めることができる方。

トップクラスの企業で成功を収め、定量化可能なビジネスインパクトを提供し、迅速に責任のある業務を引き受けたり、名誉ある賞を受賞するなど、確かな実績がある方。

データを操作し、統合するスキルを持ち、優れた分析能力を持っている方。

好奇心が旺盛で、インパクトを与えることに興味がある方。

英語での文書および口頭でのコミュニケーションができること。

日本語が堪能であること。
