Partner in a trusted advisor capacity to field sales and other internal partners.
Process Deal Desk workflows and tickets in service of active customer negotiations within SLA at an exceptionally high level of quality
Develop and contribute thought leadership on how to best serve standard deal structures better at scale, while driving higher win rates and margin capture to Deel
Develop best practices for pricing and commercial terms, based on the improved use of data and market knowledge to support decision making.
Educate the sales team on optimal deal configuration and bundles.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to effectively coordinate and lead month and quarter end deal closure.
Serve as a subject matter expert on non-standard deal requests, special pricing, operations, approval policies, commercial terms, and troubleshooting of deal issues and sales escalations across our executive leadership team.
Ensure compliance with internal controls
Independently implement project work with minimum oversight to optimize existing processes and work with stakeholders to develop, test, and deploy new features, enhancements, and updates.
Partner with Sales leaders and Sales Operations team on GTM strategy and new commercial models to drive maximum revenue capture
Some key qualifications:
Have 2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk or GTM Operations function with a global sales team
Superior analytical background within strong problem solving skills
Prior use of a CPQ solution
Thorough understanding of standard business practices related to GTM Operations processes and systems.
Positive team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations

Are a self-motivated, critical thinker with prior experience with complex, cross-functional pricing and proposal execution across GTM, Legal, and Finance.
Are collaborative participation with a proven history of working with field sales to drive optimal commercial outcomes within the Technology sector.
Possess deep understanding of (and empathy for) the role of a sales professional.
Growth mindset with inherent curiosity and personal drive, ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-based global environment.
