As the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will:
Develop Deel’s customer lifecycle stages and create strategic initiatives for each stage of the customer journey, which include onboarding, engagement and retention.
Create and roll out a customer contact strategy and governance framework to ensure customers have a positive experience with Deel.
Identify key, measurable metrics (upsell, churn, etc.) for lifecycle programs encompassing a growth hacker mentality with the ability to test and scale rapidly.
Act as a trusted partner to Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Events and Growth to ensure messaging of programs and product updates are accurate and meaningful to Deel’s customers.
Partner with customer success and account managers to create customer interaction touch points, showcasing Deel as a partner, not just a vendor.
Develop onboarding processes and content to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new customers.
Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to maximize customer value.
Who You Are
Strong knowledge and experience with CRM systems, including segmentation, automation, and email platforms
Experience leading a content-driven lifecycle strategy, responsible for customer engagement metrics
A strategic mindset and the ability to think critically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
You are a subject matter expert in relevant analytical tools/methodologies (i.e. experiment design, A/B testing, performance attribution, analysis and reporting) with proven ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across many departments
