Responsibilities:

  • You will use your skills and ability to deeply analyze customer needs and business problems to ensure we provide a seamless onboarding experience

  • Rapidly develop impactful and elegant solutions to address specific problems and optimize user experiences.

  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally to gather requirements and design elements to create a flawless product experience.

  • Strategically think about the product from a high-level perspective, connecting the missing dots and shaping the roadmap for growth.

  • Take full ownership of you and your team's work throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to design, review, feedback, testing, and post-release analysis.

  • You will be hands on with with a team of highly talented Product Designers, Engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.

  • Lead product teams to ensure all projects run smoothly

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups.

  • 2+ years experience leading product teams as a direct manager

  • Strong operational & negotiation skills are important to driv seamless stakeholder management.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision.

  • You are someone who will drive their team to success through motivational guidance.

  • Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences.

  • Strong understand of identify management, funnel optimisation, kyc acceptance rates etc

  • A background in B2B product management is a huge advantage
