We’re looking for a skilled and energetic Business Development Associate (BDA) to help drive our sales and business growth. Main duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities. BDA will work closely with Sales Development Representative and deliver the qualified accounts to them which in the future will be qualified as won opportunity.

The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our products. A background in sales or marketing is strongly desirable.


  • Conducting detailed market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

  • Analyzing competitors and their strategies to understand their strengths and weaknesses.

  • Identifying potential clients through various channels such as networking, social media, and events.

  • Qualifying leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making processes.

  • Working closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align business development strategies.

  • Providing feedback and insights to help improve products and services.

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

  • Assist with drafting business processes, making sure that there is an alignment between all stakeholders on the client research

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

  • Identify new business opportunities and partners, proactively coming with the suggestions and offers on how to increase the client pipeline and wins in the sales.

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.


  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.

  • 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development, sales or similar field preferred.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, sourcing , data analyze or a related role.

  • Ability to analyze market data, financial reports, and other relevant information.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

  • Strong organization and project management skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.

  • Experience in sales related tools will be a plus (like Salesforce)
