Responsibilities
Identifying Venture, Talent and Professional Services organizations who Deel should form partnerships with and building successful partnerships with them
Closing, managing and enabling partners to successfully refer clients to Deel or resell on behalf of Deel
Nurturing partnerships beyond launch, until they can be strategically managed
Ideating, launching and optimizing co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, email, content sharing)
Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth
Identifying additional opportunities with fintech partners, including integrations and product partnerships
Requirements
Able to get stuff done. Not afraid to get your hands dirty to deliver what is needed. Bonus points if you have completed partnership deals and negotiations in a related or regulated industry in the past.
Experience of building business relationships with financial institutions, and dealing with risk/compliance teams within these institutions.
An analytical thinker. You have the ability to figure out the ideal operational and commercial process with every new channel / partner
Excellent at managing external relationships (founders and executives)
Happy to work independently and self-motivator
Able to pay attention to details with great resilience to achieve goals
Willing to help others achieve their goals (a team player)
Passionate about transforming the remote hiring and payroll industry
Must be native or fluent in English. An additional regional language would be a plus
You have an understanding of professional services, venture and tech space in Latam
You are adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
You are an active relationship builder and who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
We’d especially love to speak with you if
You have 4+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, development/Strategic Partnership or PDR
You have worked for an HR, VC or Fintech company
You've worked at a fast-growing startup or in a business focused on helping SME’s grow
You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team
You have 3-5+ years of experience in a KPI targeted Business
