Role summary

We're looking for a senior Workday Alliances leader for North Asia (ASEAN/GCR) to own and scale our strategic partnership with Workday and its ecosystem. This role drives demand, pipeline, and revenue through Workday-led and Workday ecosystem go-to-market motions across the Workday customer base.

You'll serve as the primary North Asia point of contact for Workday — owning field engagement, governance, joint GTM planning, lead flow, and alignment on integration and roadmap priorities. In parallel, you'll identify, onboard, and activate high-value Workday ecosystem partners to build repeatable co-sell motions across ASEAN and Greater China.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the Workday North Asia relationship: engagements, leads, governance, GTM, and executive/field alignment across ASEAN and GCR.

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline via Workday and Workday ecosystem motions.

  • Identify, recruit, and activate strategic Workday ecosystem partners (SIs, implementation partners, specialist partners) across the region.

  • Build and execute joint GTM plans focused on the Workday customer base, with a primary emphasis on Singapore, South Korea, Greater China, and Hong Kong, as well as the wider ASEAN region.

  • Act as business owner for Workday integrations and technical enhancements, partnering with Product and Tech, required to support the region.

  • Activate and nurture revenue-generating Workday ecosystem partners (G/SIs, VARs)

  • Deal velocity, revenue and conversion rates.

  • Workday field engagement and GTM motions across the region.

Success metrics

  • Workday-sourced and Workday-influenced pipeline and revenue across ASEAN and GCR

  • Active, revenue-generating Workday ecosystem partners

  • Deal velocity and conversion rates

  • Workday field engagement and GTM adoption

Ideal candidate profile

  • Based in Singapore (preferred) with strong North Asia coverage across ASEAN and GCR.

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Workday partnerships, alliances, or Workday ecosystem roles.

  • Deep understanding of Workday, its field structure, and partner ecosystem across ASEAN and Greater China.

  • Proven track record of building GTM motions that drive pipeline and revenue in North Asia markets.

  • Commercial, structured, and credible with senior stakeholders across diverse regional cultures.

What success looks like (12 months)

  • Workday established as a predictable, repeatable revenue channel across ASEAN and GCR.

  • Clear GTM motions live across the region with strong performance in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Greater China.

  • A focused set of high-performing Workday ecosystem partners actively co-selling.
