Destinus is seeking a skilled Human Resources Intern to join our team! As an HR Administrator intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in various HR functions. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized.

Tasks

• Manage employee records, including the maintenance of employee information and data preparation for HRIS implementation.
• Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Administer benefits programs, including health insurance and vacation policies.

Requirements

• Human Resources students pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degrees with the possibility of an internship agreement.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
