Tasks

  • Conduct proactive sourcing via professional social media/job board, social media and through networking
  • Built talent pool and present the company to “dormant/inactive” potential candidates (be the face of the company and promote Destinus while developing your network)
  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Liaise with our Business Development team and follow up on leads – sporadically participate to events and initiate your own.
  • Propose best in class recruitment techniques/keep up to date with new technological trends and products to select candidates and assess their skills.
  • Understand our complex business model and liaise with internal shareholders to define needs (right job description) and initiate search
  • Handle our hiring plan & associated budget
  • Selection of best candidates for the business and organise internal interview campaign with hiring manager(s)
  • Conduct reference checks to ensure that candidates meet the employer’s standards for professionalism and integrity.
  • Coordinating with human resources departments to manage employee data, such as updating resumes/creating competency matrix and creating payroll records
  • Support the HR team with developing a Internship program in our different locations (Switzerland, Spain, Germany Ukraine and France) by liaising with Universities, posting our vacancies and integrate the interns within the long term Destinus strategy
  • Promote internal employee referral program


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager (handling an engineering population a strong plus).
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Engineering roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, IT, or relevant degree.
  • 5 years of industry experience working on similar roles.
  • Fluent in English as Working Language, beneficial Spanish, German and French.
