Tasks

  • User online and offline support in working with corporate hardware and software
  • Initial diagnostics of hardware and software in case of malfunctions
  • Restoration of serviceability except in cases of major or difficult repairs
  • Setting up new computers (laptops and desktops) for users (Windows, macOS)
  • Setting up office equipment (printers, scanners) and connecting them to the office computer networks
  • Transfer of faulty equipment for repair and acceptance after repair
  • Participation in the purchase of necessary equipment (formulation of requirements, acceptance of equipment)
  • Managing user accounts in information systems
  • Setting up user access rights to the company's IT resources
  • Monitoring of equipment operation, computer network operation, user activity
  • Writing user instructions for working with equipment and software

Requirements

  • University or college degree or professional training in information technology or similar
  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical role is required with a wide range of responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and its installation and administration (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac end-user devices
  • Experience installing and preparing corporate equipment, following security and compliance policies
  • Knowledge and management of Microsoft Active Directory (users, groups, etc.)
  • Organization of work with remote users (remote work and support tools, communication)
  • Working in an environment where you need to constantly prioritize between many tasks
  • Have a broad technical background and a willingness to expand it
  • Strong diagnostic skill, analysis, and problem-solving skills, initiative
  • Good verbal and written communication English skills. Spanish is highly valued.

Highly Valued

  • Knowledge and ability to configure resources on Amazon Web Services
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Configuration and use of virtualization of computing resources
  • Setting up network equipment including switches, firewalls
  • Siemens Teamcenter administration, NX administration
